Who can I call for phone support?

You can call the Nintendo Support line on 0800 743 056.  This number is toll free in NZ.

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Australian Eastern Standard Time

 



What if I don't have proof of purchase (receipt)?

Most Nintendo products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is not valid without the receipt as proof of purchase. However, we can still offer to repair your product. Send your nintendo unit to us and we can assess the cost for repairing your product for you. An inspection charge would apply and we would contact you with details for the cost of the repair.

 

If my Wii console is replaced, will my Wii Points be transferred?

Yes. When a (Australia/NZ purchased) Wii console has been replaced, Simnet will request for any Wii points to be transferred to the new console.
