Include your product, purchase receipt, with your name, complete address and daytime contact number with a detailed explanation of the problem.

Mark full sender and receiver details on the outside of the packaging.

Alternatively the store where you purchased the product may be able to forward this to Simnet on your behalf.

If couriering the unit, please use NZ Post for delivery to a PO Box.
