Sending Repairs to Simnet:

  • Use adequate packing around the product to protect it from damage.

  • Include your product, purchase receipt, with your name, complete address and daytime contact number with a detailed explanation of the problem.

  • Mark full sender and receiver details on the outside of the packaging.

  • Alternatively the store where you purchased the product may be able to forward this to Simnet on your behalf.   

  • If couriering the unit, please use NZ Post for delivery to a PO Box.
